Villa Tre Sorelle is set deep in the Italian countryside between the Adriatic coast and the Sibilini mountains. The villa is a tranquil holiday hideaway. Aside from the long, spacious living and dining rooms and fully equipped, modern kitchen, you can lounge by the lovely 12 metre swimming pool set in extensive gardens or dine al fresco under the covered portico. With four light, airy bedrooms and two bathrooms the villa is a perfect holiday home.
A separate one bedroom cottage in the grounds is also available for a small additional charge for those wanting even more space or privacy. The cottage is never rented independently of the main house. Price upon application.

Villa close to Treia
Fiorella, the housekeeper was extremely helpful. The villa is spacious and cool. The pool is fabulous. All communications were timely. We would recommend the villa and feel that it represents great value for money. Thank you Nick and Fiorella. We had a super time.

Relaxing stay
We enjoyed a relaxing stay in this characterful villa set in the beautiful countryside near Treia. The large fenced private garden gave our toddler plenty of room to wander and provided welcome shade. We all enjoyed our time in the lovely pool and playing table tennis. Food at the nearby restaurant was delicious. The sandy beach of Porto Polenza Picenta is about a 45 minute drive away and made for a great day out.

Il a fallut negocier pour disposer de la dépendance alors que sur Abritel il etai bien precisé 5 chambres et sans cette dépendance il ny en aurait eu que 4. Les choses dont rentrées dans l'ordre à partir du lundi.La piscine etait dépourvue de lumiere pour le soir et la douche ne fonctionnait pas. De maniere generale la maison etait tres mal éclairée. La literie demanderait également à être remplacée. En dehors de ça le sejour etait plaisant. La piscine etai depouvu

Une demeure authentique et pleine de charme à deux pas de Treia
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la Villa Tre sorelle avec nos enfants. La piscine est belle et propre. Fiorella et Agostino nous ont accueillis très gentiment et se sont montrés très disponibles. La villa est située à proximité de la jolie ville de Treia et de jolis bourgs.

Comfort e natura
Bellissimo casale ristrutturato con gusto e con pieno rispetto dell’ambiente circostante. Cucina perfettamente attrezzata, magnifico giardino ombreggiato e zona piscina dotata di tutti i confort. A pochissimi chilometri il bellissimo borgo di Treia con negozi e supermercati. Il proprietario, Nick, cortese e disponibile come anche la signora Fiorella che ci ha accolti il giorno dell’arrivo. Siamo stati benissimo!
