Excellent location for transportation hub to transverse other locations. Opposite end to St Marc’s square which we found less crowded with tons of interesting shops and restaurants within walking distances

Very nice hotel in the center. Will stay again. Very nice people at the lobby, not very friendly at the restaurant where I went to get a bottle of water to charge it to the room and the cleaning ladies were very noisy. Other than that. Great experience and will be back.

This hotel has undergone a renovation and it is very elegant, clean, safe and the staff is friendly. We were unlucky to have been given a building facing room. We always sleep with our window open and have switched the aircon off, but we could hear the really noisy aircon from all other rooms and could not sleep during the night. It was a loud buzzing sound and kept us awake. If you book this hotel, make sure they give you a room facing the street, because the internal rooms inside the hotel are extremely noisy when the window is open. The breakfast was a la carte, which was ok, but you have to keep ordering things like butter, milk etc separately as these are not brought to the table. I thing a Buffet breakfast would have been more congenial. We did however loved the buiding and how beautifuly the communal areas were decorated.
