We got the room with a beautiful view of the harbour and the mountains. It was really spectacular! It was easy to walk around the city too. Everything is in walking distance.

Property is in a great location. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms needs updating. Half the staff could have been friendlier. Crazy that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening in the busiest week of the year.

So glad we chose this hotel. Great accommodations!!Everything was neat and clean. Incredible breakfast that came with the stay. The food accommodated so many people from so many countries. I have never seen a free breakfast spread like this before. Our tours met at the hotel or close by the hotel. Close to shops and dining. Easy to walk to and get to everything. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again!!

We loved this place! The family room with the bunk beds was a nice size, the heated floor in the bathroom is great and the property itself is just lovely. All staff were friendly and efficient. The location was fantastic. And the breakfast was a marvel - the barrista was my favorite part but ive not seen one as well done as that. I considered moving to an airbnb and so glad we didnt, this was just perfect.

We had a good view of the marina. The hardwood floors were nice and the heated bathroom floor was really great. Good proximity to shopping and was a stop for airport shuttle and many tours. Overall nice place to stay. Staff was okay, not bad at all but nothing I would say is above and beyond.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. Dinner at roast was the best, super convenient to have dinner in the hotel after a long day of exploring. The hotel is super centralized and walkable around the city, even in the cold climates. Highly recommend for couples or families.

We got booked into a view with a gorgeous view of the harbour, could see the Artic Cathedral and the Tromso Bridge. The hotel is probably in the best location in town, our Northern Lights tour picked up from right outside, food, shopping, grocery stores all walkable. But the room itself was a bit odd, I've never been in a hotel where there was no phone to call the front desk! My shower soap dispenser was broken and I put in requests manually to the front desk and again the next morning to housekeeping who I bumped into in the hall in the morning, but it was never replaced. I had to unscrew the pump from the handsoap dispenser and use that.
