The location was great for me and is xcose to freeways and downtown. Considering the proximity to the aforementioed freeway, there is very noticeable traffic noise which kind of creates a white noise effect. The staff: front desk and kitchen, were friendly. The coffee in the lobby was good and the fresh fruit was also very nice and not overripe. The only dealbreaker for me, meaning I will stay elsewhere next time, was the random hair in the shower and the bethroom floor. There was also a small bottle of previously-used lotion on the bathroom sink area. The hair was very visible which made me think that there was a lot more filth where I couldnt see - the dark carpeting for example. Just eww.

This hotel was very nice. Breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing. All of the staff were amazing. The room was clean, big and nice. Surrounding neighborhood, across the freeway is not great but the area the hotel is good. However, the trains went all night. That was not something I thought about and did not know trains were that close. But it is a great hotel.

Clean room. Bed wasn’t great. Safe. Decent breakfast. They only service the rooms ever 3 days and we asked for towels in the morning and never received them. Asked again at night and were given pool towels since they were out of towels.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area off the breakfast room. Staff was friendly and helpful. My mistake, but thought the hotel was more walkable. Great walking/biking path behind the hotel but the homeless tents and garbage made me reluctant to use it. Not the hotel's fault but it did affect my enthusiasm for our stay.

Staff were all friendly and property was clean. Surrounding area had a bad smell and qas noisy as close to highway. Room needs some TLC, drawers wouldnt stay closed, door needs to be adjusted, chair for desk was broken, towels were ripped.
