This hotel booked us and had no rooms available. Seven different parties came in to check in and there were no rooms cleaned. We kept being told it would be twenty minutes for a room; the maid was just cleaning up. An hour and a half later, everyone was still waiting, and more parties were turned away. The clerk at the desk offered a free cancellation, and we accepted. They were no way prepared for a busy weekend. Either over booked, understaffed, or both.

Good value
We needed a one night stay when moving family to the area. Beds were comfortable, staff was great, free breakfast good. Only complaints is that the room smelled and the AC made noises even when it wasn't running. Served it's purpose at a fair price.
