The room was nice, nothing fancy! The bathroom look dirty and the shampoo container was on the floor! I try to check out before 11 am, and the receptionist guy didn’t fix the problem just told me I can’t check you out I don’t know why! I just work the night shift 😵‍💫.. I had to called Expedia to help me check out, because he told me if I didn’t check out by 11 they were going to keep charging my card!

I really like this chain. My only issues at this location were the friendliness of the lady who checked me in and a gross spot of whatever on the sink in the bathroom. Everything else was spotless, the linens were bright white and smelled fresh. If I went to Tucson again I would definitely go back. Breakfast was great as usual.

Room was nice and provided a lot of space. Breakfast was good with a number of choices. Only negative is the swimming pool was very cold, even in the May temperatures of Tucson.
