I always stay at Home2Suites properties because they are clean and very accommodating. The staff is very efficient, and we have no problems leaving valuables or electronics in our rooms.

Most of the staff at the facility were professional and polite. As, I proceeded to get into bed, I noticed hair all over the sheets a lot as if someone was just laying in that bed. This gave me the impression the room was dirty. Which is unacceptable and unfortunate considering, I am a customer paying full price and it’s flu and Covid season. The front desk staff member only suggested for the security guard to bring up new sheets not to switch rooms to ease our anxiety and frustration about potentially being in a dirty room.

Everything was excellent. Except .. two days they didn’t clean the room. The first day we let it slide as we got back at 5:00 and didn’t want them cleaning it at that times the next day we got back around d 4:00 and two service guys were getting ready to clean room however we were leaving the next day. That’s my only complaint . Otherwise staff very nice and hotel very good and close to activities.

Not what I signed up for.
On arrival, none of our rooms were ready. After over an hour, we were offered rooms that were separate after being promised rooms that were together. We were told that our original rooms weren’t clean. After finally getting rooms, rooms still weren’t cleaned thoroughly and a table in the room was broken. Once we left, a day later, I was charged a $150 cleaning charge, even after all of the problems we endured. In all, our stay was not pleasant.

Poorly maintained and worth the money
Poorly built structure. You will hear and feel every step by every guest in the rooms above you so get a 4th floor room. Sheets are worn and of low quality. Really good water pressure but not enough to warrant a return visit.
