I was checked in quickly, LOVE that the room doors have a code, not key to keep track of. The room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful. For a retro hotel, it is quite "modern" Highly recommend

I stay at the McCoy every year while in Tucson. It's affordable and interesting. Would have preferred if they would have kept the laundry facilities as it is the midpoint of road trip.

We have stayed before and always enjoy the unique art everywhere, the pool and outdoor/indoor common spaces, the single level and ability to park by your room. Close to the Loop bike/multiuser path too. Breakfast and coffee were very good though near the end time items ran out. The exercise room, free video games in there and filtered water were great amenities. I appreciated the free drink token and the offer to sample both beers I was torn between. And the Tuesday night folk music group that gathers to play in the common area was a treat. Unique motel--great concept and execution.
