As a returning guest to this establishment, l expect nothing but greatness. Unfortunately, upon returning this time, our experience wasn't as great! Checking in, everything was as l expected: happy and welcoming staff and an easy process to check in. The unfortunate part was the afternoon/ evening staff. The staff was rude and annoyed, like talking to a teenager about things they are uninterested in. Displaying poor communication, such as being
unresponsive to feedback when it came to food not being as expected, and the pool being too hot. Or failing to provide important information beforehand when it came to the bar for a large party, and getting our rooms refreshed throughout our stay. Making our staycation feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand we all have bad days, but the lack of
professionalism and consistency throughout was uncalled for. It saddens me as a Tucson resident that a motel like this is losing its potential that it has because of certain lack of training in hospitality when it comes to certain staff members.
