This hotel was conveniently located. We walked to the bus stop nearby to ride it downtown. Loved that they offered shuttle ride to the airport and gave great time suggestions on when to leave. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

Not the easiest to get in and out of if you are not familiar with the area. Could hear the road noise, train nearby and people walking and moving in the room above. Wasn't bad though. Place was clean and overall quiet. Was very well kept and the staff courteous and helpfull. The room for the price was one of the nicer that i have stayed in.

Would stay again however I had booked a room that was supposed to have two queen beds, but they were both doubles. Normally I wouldn't have even noticed but we had our infant son with us so my husband had to sleep in a separate bed since there wasnt enough room for everyone. Other than that the hotel was great. Super close to good food and shops, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was just ok, we decided to go to Ihop instead.

23 rd anniversary stay
Anything we needed they fixed or provided. Our room was always clean and the breakfast was a variety. The manager bent over backwards for us and he is a true asset to your company.

This is a lovely bright, clean hotel. It has a good feel to it. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. My room was almost like being at home, nice, clean and comfortable. The grounds have beautiful flower beds, a lovely pond with a fountain surrounded by flowers, all very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast is very good, with a choice of hot and cold food and drink. Fresh fruit is also available. The hotel also has an indoor pool, and small gym. There is plenty of parking. The shuttle bus came quickly to collect me from the airport. The shuttle also took me to the shopping mall, and collected me when I was ready. This is the best hotel in it's category that I have stayed in! When I next visit Seattle this will be my 1st choice hotel to stay in!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much, but the night shift staff were very rude and disinterested in helping us and the next day in the morning the meeting with the staff was also very unpleasant, The hotel was very nice for the family. We are just not satisfied with the attention since blankets were missing in the room and no one wanted to help us
