Great property! Literally down the street from palo duro canyon state park and minutes from gas, groceries and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dog

Great one-night stay. Excellent service at front desk. Room was simple and clean; all I needed for a quick overnight before back on the road. If you are looking for bells and whistles; this is not the place. If you need a beautiful building with beautiful architecture, this is not the place. BUT... If you want a safe, clean and efficient place for a very fair price...do not hesitate. I'm glad we made the decision to stay at thi sproperty/location.

Property was in excellent condition and location near Palo Duro Canyon was perfect. Owner operator was friendly and accommodating. There were many unexpected items on hand such as condiments, coffee, tea, candy, etc.

Check-in was smooth, and they even gave me some great local recommendations for food and activities My room was spotless, quiet, and super cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the extra pillows, nice toiletries, and soft towels. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and refreshed throughout my stay. The hotel offered everything I needed – a relaxing pool, a clean and well-equipped fitness center, and a great breakfast in the morning. The dining area was tidy and well-stocked, with fresh coffee and a variety of options to choose from Again, I can’t say enough about the staff. The front desk ladies really stood out – always ready to help, answer questions, and make sure I had everything I needed.
