This hotel is conveniently located and the staff is super friendly. The property was clean and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, it’s in need of renovation. Internet service was awful. One room had not been cleaned prior to check-in. The other was musty with prior water damage apparent in the bathroom. Wallpaper inside the room was peeling and the entry light did not work, nor was the light fixed upon request. All that said, the price is right if you are not spending much time in your room.

Great stay
The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate me in every way. The hotel is a little dated but in really good condition. I was impressed with their continental breakfast assortment. Eggs,sausage bacon,biscuits and gravy,waffles,cereal,yogurt,fruit ,coffee,tea,milk,juice, and other things I'm surely missing. For the price you won't get a better place to stay. My stay was for 3 nights and I will stay there again if I am in the area again. They also had a pool and exercise room which I didn't go into so I can't comment on those areas. Overall a great place to stay !

The bedding at this place puts everywhere else to shame… so very comfy! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location is rural, but there is a Walmart and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. For sight seeing or more shopping, you will need a car, however. Microwave and fridge in room were handy. Free parking. I was able to have online shopping delivered to hotel and hotel did not charge a fee for this. Only one washing machine and one dryer, but did not have issues getting access to them. Both worked well. Only three floors, so no long waits for lift. Room isn’t huge, but it was fine. As I mentioned, the comfortable bed and high quality bedding made you not care too much about floor space!

Great location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Room was clean and quiet and staff was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom vanity was large and had plenty of room for all of our stuff. The only two things to note were: 1) I noticed the next morning that a bag had been tied over the smoke detector, so apparently a previous guest was smoking in the room. I couldn't smell it, but i had an incident at a hotel a few months ago where i had to evacuate due to a room above me being on fire, so now I'm a little paranoid about fire safety in hotels. 2) the pool is very small and only goes to 4 feet deep. Safer for kids, but just know that they will be bored quickly because there is very little room to do much of anything and only a few people will fit in there. Overall, this hotel was in good condition and we would stay here again. Slept great.

Not so good experience this time
Guy at checkin desk was very hateful. Really made my check in very uncomfortable. I have always loved staying here as I have several times but this time was different. Bad attitude plus the room smelled so musty. I had trouble breathing. I also paid $50 for my cat to stay and even she sneezed all night. I definitely wasn’t pleased this time.

Not my usual hotel chain
As I read in the reviews, the room had a musty smell. There is a moisture problem. Everything felt damp. The sheet was very thin, like a sheer curtain. I heard muffled sounds from rooms next to me and above me (coughing, walking, talking, TV.)The evening check-in staff was nice. The room was just so-so. I am used to staying at another chain of hotels so this was more of an eco-hotel for me. The other hotels were overpriced, but they have higher quality accommodations. Any problems I encountered with the room not mentioned here, I addressed with hotel staff.
