We arrived with a child and very heavy luggage. The man at the reception was very rude, answering calls while checking us in and keeping us waiting and standing for a long time. There was no hand wash or toilet paper in the bathroom. All the cups and plates in our room and at the breakfast and dining area weren't washed well. The breakfast was depressing and everything was finished by 9 am. There were no eggs, potatoes, meat, or fruits left, so you had to join breakfast early at 7 or you wouldn't get any. The pool was nice and clean, and there were enough parking spaces. The room was a good size, but it was noisy and had poor isolation.

Hallways were noisy at night. Slamming doors and yelling children, which was not the property's fault. The wood doors stick and need a good pull to shut, hence the noise. Otherwise, short to downtown Tullamore.

Time for a Tullamore-DEW
This was a good hotel, walking distance to restaurants and pubs and a short cab ride to the 12 more distillery. Front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Hotel was conveniently located to town. While the lobby area was upgrade, the rooms have not been updated in quite sometime. Beds were comfortable and the rooms was clean.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Very nice place. I also enjoyed the Spa & pool for the first time this visit. Great all you can eat breakfast.
