Still waiting on security deposit to be returned 17 days after check out.
The place is clean and well-stocked with wonderful staff; however, they place everyone on the same hall until it fills up. The agent who checked me in declined to give me a room away from foot traffic. This may have been due to planned painting of the property, but this being jammed together caused noise from other guests at night to disturb sleep. I was awakened by rowdy guests as late as 12 midnight. I specifically asked for a quiet place, but my request was denied. Also, the mattress was quite uncomfortable. I will not stay at this location again.

Great breakfast, good room.
However, maid service entered our room without permission and took all our towels, facecloths, bath mats etc while we were having breakfast. All our luggage and personal belongings were vulnerable. Not happy!
Would never recommend this hotel. Staff was unprofessional all around. The first room smelled like ammonia, went back to get a different room and that room smelled like mold. There were pieces of popcorn on the headboard of the bed. Toilet was dirty. Left right after that.
The hotel is outdated. Carpets are old and dirty. Blankets and towels were stained and one of the blankets had cigarette burns. The stairwell stunk extremely bad. I had to hold my breath when going down.
Me and my son fell by the pool because the ground was not safe. The microwave didn’t work in the room or the refrigerator and the hot water didn’t work.

I was not able to check in because i was traveling with my cat. When i looked at the hotel information, it said that they were pet friendly. Please update your site to say dog friendly! I lost my $$ and had to go to another hotel.
First they tried to over charge me for my stay. The lady at the desk wanted to argue with me. I showed her my recipt on my phone for how much I should be charged. She proceeded to tell me that screenshots, and black and white proof does not matter. The evening fromt desk lady was rude and said I would be slandering her by telling the truth. Very hateful lady. Room charges got fixed when I spoke to a manager.
The beds had stains on them. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the breakfast selection is little to none. Id recommended another cheap hotel with better customer service. One who cares about their customers. The "Best" Western Airport will no longer be an option.
