The refrigerator in room 101 did not seem to be cooling that well. Setting was on 5. At times the room thermostat could not be changed.

Maintenance was sorely needed. Outlets didn’t work. Shower curtain rod was broken. Breakfast was terrible. Loud music from the parking lot at 3am which front desk took care of.

Good enough for a few nights
Pleasant stay. Simple, dated, showing some minor signs of age. However, the staff were all super nice and did their best to accommodate us as best as they could. Nicer accomodations nearby, but can't beat that price tag - under $100 bucks a night!

Wont stay again.
Not good. Tv didnt work very well and the remote not at all. They replaced it with another broken one. Took this place because of the hot tub and one large family over took rhe place and didn't share. They were eating, drinking and partying in there. Granny was a pleasant night attendant but not much help. Breakfast would have been ok if it had been stocked. We were.there early and it didnt get stocked at all while we tried to eat.

The size of the room was okay one of the beds had no room to walk next to. The pull out couch was broken, had to go to office every day to get sheets for the couch bed. Never enough towels had to go daily to get them. Elevator seemed up stirdy.

Where do I even begin. Just pulling up in the parking lot I was nervous about how nice of a place this would be too stay in. We went in, looked okay. Checked in and, We was placed in room 304, all seemed okay. Daughter wanted to take a bath. Getting water warm and tub wouldn't drain, started messing with the stopper, come to find out it had human feces in the drain! Called front desk, moved us to another room with only $10 credit to my bill without a manager there. Moved to room 320, got to that room and it had a floor air blower to dry the carpet in the room! Desk person said flood but mainly in the hall. Closet door mirror broken as well. Toilet wouldn't flush had to go get a plunger, that's probably why it flooded! And Breakfast was 1 star if that. Went to check out, the front desk lady said she would have a manager contact me but gave me a card with information on there to call tomorrow. Also she was shocked to see that the night desk help placed us in room 320. She confirmed that there was a flood IN THE ROOM NOT THE HALL the night before. This whole experience was a nightmare! Paying $130 a night was definitely not worth it. Not to forget that they might have a inside pool, but the pool is not heated. Freezing cold water!

The clerk was talking to an employee that was leaving when we walked up. They went on talking about what they were doing later and when they would see each other again for 3 to 4 minutes before he even acknowledged we were there with a hello.

I was overall happy with our stay. We had a king bed and pull out couch. The room reminded me of a small studio apartment instead of a hotel. There were small cleanliness issues (curtains were dirty, sheets for pull out couch had bleach stains) but nothing too terrible. The chlorine in the pool was a bit much, and because of previous visitors, i had to use a different card for ancillaries because they did not accept the banking company. Breakfast was good, would prefer scrambled eggs over pre-cooked egg patties.

Egh! Pool hours were inaccurate.
We were in town for my sons sports tournament. I specifically picked this hotel which was out of our way for the pool and spa which said 10a-10p. We checked in at 3pm between game times, got back at 7:40pm and went straight to the pool. At 8:10pm the front desk clerk came and said pool closes at 8pm. I said the hours are on the wall and website and it says 10pm. She said we changed that and still made us leave. Super disappointed considering thats the only reason we stayed here. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast was good, but made me and my daughter sick as soon as we got back to the room. The rest of the stay was decent and the hotel was not bad otherwise.

Our jetted tub was not working. They told us about a reset button by the vanity. My husband located the reset button and it worked. We enjoyed our stay here.
