I found room service to be poor at best. I had to go down to reception and request coffee/ milk and cups daily. They didn’t seem to see that as I problem. Also dirty glasses used for water were simply put back instead of being replaced with clean ones. This impacted my overalls rating. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay

The bed was very uncomfortable and caused my husband back pain. We explained to front desk staff and checked out two days early over Thanksgiving. No refund because we booked with hotels.com. Also when we checked in the promised cookies were not available.

My son was physically assaulted by teenagers in the lower lobby . They put him into a choke hold (he’s 9) and then pulled their pants and shook their butts in his face. I did what the hotel management told me to do and reported it. A week later and still no answers. I even filed a police report. The hotel just swept it under the rug. We were there for a week and a half and they had plenty of time to speak with me. I was told they’re “new” and don’t know what to do. I also had to ask for our room to be cleaned and new towels 3 times in 2 days and still was not done. Also while we were there, they made a really crappy breakfast for the athletes because they wouldn’t let us in the dining hall.

The room was not awesome. There is no box spring just a mattress - the bed was really low to the ground. The shower didn't work properly - multiple hoses and spickets in there, but the holder for the spray holder shoots at your knees and the rail it slides on wouldn't hold it at head or even body level. Room 421 is no bueno.
