Check in was quick. Service was good. We were welcomed each time we came in. We asked for extra blankets and they gave us some. Beds were comfortable (love that they had pillowcases labeled firm and soft). Rooms were clean, which they had a little bit more space. Microwave, larger fridge than some hotels, Keurig in the room. Breakfast was delicious! With 3 toddlers, meals are expensive, so we always choose hotels that have free continental breakfast. They had a great selection of warm food as well as other options. Biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, hard boiled eggs yogurt, muffins, bagels, 3 choices of cereal, pancakes (which rolled out within a minute), juice, milk, & choc. milk. Only down fall was that the coffee was out. We will definitely stay again, next time in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

Everyone was great. The one thing I would change. Is the breakfast time on Saturday and Sunday to start at 6 am. Like you do Monday through Friday. For the people who are participating in the gun show twice a year April and November. That is my and others only complaint.

It was easy to access and check in waa easy. However, the cleanliness of our room was terrible there were scraps of paper on the floor and dirt in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable.

This property was very close to the major shopping stores, Dillards, JC Penney's and other stores that we enjoyed going to within walking of the hotel. The assistant at the desk was helpful when my room card would not work during one of our days.
