The front desk guy refused to let me check in at 3 o’clock and had ZERO consideration or understanding of my injuries and disabilities. I booked a handicapped room with a roll in shower so I could SIT down and take the pressure off my bad knee but I was given the WRONG room. The front desk guy acts like he owns the hotel but he doesn’t and runs the place like a prison instead of treating people as PAYING CUSTOMERS. I will not go back. Would not recommend. The only positive thing was the bed was clean and comfortable but NO King beds and no ice machine. No coffee maker in the room and no dishes or anything in the room. Very bare minimum.
That’s NOT a roll in shower and it has no chair or bench.

Rooms had thin walls so it was loud well into the night. There were also roaches, which made it unappealing and unsanitary. Also the front desk hours on the weekend are limited, Not someplace I'd stay again

Room was overall dirty. Specially the floor and sinks. It also had an awful smell so strong it was hard to get a good nights sleep. It was also dissapointing to not have an iron or a blow dryer and only one small bar soap was given. No shampoo or anything else. Overall horrible experience. Will never book there again.

Checked in at 10 pm. It took more than 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. The first room I was given had no functioning toilet. The second room had a door lock that wasn't very secure. I stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago and it used to be okay. I will not stay there anymore. Each room used to have an armchair to sit on and watch TV. Not anymore! No shampoo, no body wash. The bath towel is too small. Just a tiny soap bar on the sink.

Staff support is horrible, came in from work tried to get some clean towels was denied. Staff informed me they don't exchange towels after hours. He's the kicker they don't clean rooms daily unless you're there more than 7 days. So cause I go to work before their day shift and get off when after hours get here I don't get no clean anything?? Worse establishment I've stayed at. Oh and don't forget the multiple vehicles that were broken into last night.
