Everyone was very attentive and helpful beautiful view . Worse thing it had bed bugs worse experience ever I couldn’t sleep my last night in the room. The people always make the property the best . You re people were great ! Only thing I thought I’d point out is I had a taxi arranged through the hotel , was told it would be 30,000 pesos , the cab driver asked for 70,000 when we got to the airport . Quite a difference , just an fyi . Aside from that small issue , all was great !

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the design of our rooms especially the double shower and sinks! We also loved the service of Yennis, Sandra and Isabella our servers during our dine in breakfast. We occasionally chose to eat outdoors and their service was more than exceptional! The rooftop dining was amazing along with the poolside view! The front desk service was also exceptional as they assisted with providing the best service and even getting us reservations at another establishment! This place is in the center of everything which is definitely walking distance and low mileage for an Uber! Book if you can!

I absolutely loved my stay here, the staff are a breath of fresh air in a place that can be a little overwhelming. In the middle of all the activities but tucked on a quiet street. I’ve never felt more cared for by employees than when I was staying here I couldn’t recommend this enough.

Clean hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly. The food was AMAZING!!!! The view on the rooftop was breathtaking and I felt very safe there. I would most definitely return. The location was close to most attractions so we walked almost everywhere

The rooftop bar & pool overlooking the city and harbor. Lovely sunsets & cocktails. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. I would highly recommend.

The staff is superb Javier went above and beyond to show me a few places in Cartagena. The wonderful lady at the front desk also went above and beyond . Overall staff is the best I’ve ever seen.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the hotel was very clean just in the middle of the city. Food was great and very clean dishes. I met Yennis, Eduardo, Camilla, Hairo, Rafael and all the staff all were very nice.
