Great location
Location of the hotel is great for exploring izmir. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Room was clean and housekeeping attended daily. Our room had a shower that was hamman style. The beds were a little firm for my liking but otherwise hotel offers everything you would expect.

Simply Awesome!!!
From the moment we got there till the checkout we enjoyed every minute at Renaissance Hotel. Great and friendly staff, wonderful location, awesome breakfast with a view, all amenities, clean, quiet, and convenience. We have been in many 5-Star hotels but this topped them all. We won’t stay anywhere else, when we come back to Izmir.

What an amazing hotel! Our club hotel room was beautiful and very spacious, with hand written welcome notes and complimentary welcome snacks. As a club member you also get access to free daily food and drinks in the club lounge. The hotel was a beautiful spa with both free and for-pay services. Access to the sauna and steam room are complimentary for all hotel guests. Last but not least our favorite part of the hotel was Perin the hotel navigator/concierge. She helped us with everything from ferry schedules to restaurant recommendations and even made me a reservation at a nearby doctors office after I couldn’t get rid of a bad cough. She went above and beyond, amazing hotel!
