It was a nice property. The staff did put doubts about finding a spot and mentioned 3 locations. The 2nd parking lot was very dark and had no indication that it was part of the hotel. I liked that it was close to the side entrance however I found a spot behind the building. I was quite concerned that I would end up across the street in the overflow parking lot. Since the side parking lot was dark and no sign for parking. Praise the Lord I did not have to find it.

This hotel is very close to the ferry dock. It has a restaurant and a bar. The staff are excellent. It’s a little faded in places but very clean. Convenient place to stay if you have a ferry to catch. We would stay again.

The Rodd Grand is exceptionally well cleaned and spotless, great place to rest your head., Very quiet Only downside to this hotel , no breakfast included and the hotel could use an update.

Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain where things were placed and the hours of the restaurant and pool which was helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable bed. The rate for our stay was very good and we would happily stay again.

Unfortunately we were only there for a brief overnight; would have liked to see more of the city. The room was a bit dated but very comfortable and spotless with all the necessary amenities. Great location right on Main Street and a short walk from the ferry dock. Thank you to the staff.

The building doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it has been updated. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, right on Yarmouth's cute main street, in walking distance of restaurants and a brewery and very close to the ferry terminal.

I like how many entrances. There were especially near the parking area so you didn't have to walk all the way in the front or all the way. Just to one side door there were multiple different doors around the building
