Hotel was very run down. Ice machine was broken, mold on shower liner, garbage left under the couch from previous people. Toilet seat would not stay up, and items left from previous people in bathroom. Some light bulbs in room were out of working condition, floor was also cracked and bathroom door unable to open. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast could use more options for fruit and or yogurt. Bananas would be nice for those who don’t have teeth.

The property needs some TLC. Our room provided what we needed - bed and shower, however the bathroom sink was off center from the countertop- you could see it wasn’t aligned properly. Also the little “security latch” on the door - one screw was completely out of the door and 2 other screws were partly out so only 1 screw holding it in the door. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Great Stay!
Very comfy stay! Really nice gentleman at the front desk who even called when we were late arriving due to some delays. A great value. Very clean. Some imperfections/wear and tear in the room, but it's not the Ritz. Really enjoyed it and will make this our regular hotel when we are in town again!

The comfort suites Twinsburg is my go to when I’m in the area. We have stayed about 4-5 times in the last year to visit friends in the area. The beds are comfy, the suites are decently cleaned, you can tell some areas are a little more worn than other areas. But what brings us back are the staff there. They are always friendly and personable.

The worse place to stay
This a few drop in place, I would never recommend this place to no one, now the only thing that was great was the breakfast and the lady that oversaw the breakfast was amazing, I truly appreciate her. From the reception to the rooms was very very trifling, even the pools were unclean, and the water was very very cold, come on pool man put a little hot water in there are kids that love pools and that's why most people look for for there children, but as for me I will never go there again

The king size bed was horrible! It was so soft and dented in the middle - my husband and I kept rolling into each other as we slept. Breakfast was blah. Nice - staff was nice, free parking, close to Cleveland Clinic Twinsburg (not in walking distance)

Carpet could use upgrading, mold in bathroom embedded in tiles, floor tiles lifting in bathroom from what appears a water leak under tub, loose tiles in bathroom potential for safety concerns, drains in bathroom not working properly. Showered in a foot of water that didn’t drain for well over an hour. Overall facility appears to be run down with no approach to remodel. For money spent I felt cheated in my stay!
