My second time staying here and both times were great. Nothing but the best. There's not much of a negative however, our first time they came to greet us with welcome Italian soda while our current most recent visit it was in a voucher form which I prefer the welcome drink better then the welcome voucher option. Regardless this is one of the next hotel in Thailand.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Good and fast WiFi connection. My husband had to work remotely and he had no issue with the connection. Walkable to shops, spa, and restaurants. Welcome and attentive staffs both at the front and restaurant. We added breakfast with the stay. There were various food options, but it’s on the sweet side. Anyway, we enjoyed staying here and would consider it for next trip in Udon.

Overal i am satisfied to stay at this property. Everything worked for me very well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue I can mention was location that a bit far from the centre , but that was not a big deal at all. Thank you.

Location okay as in easy distance to bars and restaurants. Bar and restaurant staff are amazing with some English spoken. Reception staff also vey friendly and accommodating. English spoken fluently, well done front of house. Hotel is upmarket and very well priced in all room types and sizes. Try the suites, you won’t be disappointed. 350 Baht transfer to Airport in a spacious air conditioned vehicle.

I love this hotel. The room is big and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the people are kind and gracious. My disappointment was that the gym and pool were closed for renovations. Honestly, if I would have known that, I would have chosen another hotel. That said, I will be back here and I loved it.

The floor in our room was kind of dirty but everything else was amazing! We don’t drink coffee tea or beer so the free drink coupons didn’t benefit us and it would have been nice to have other options to use it on. Thank you for a nice stay!

This is a wonderful little gem of a hotel in Udon Thani. It’s in a small back alley so it can easily be missed. The decor is modern and traditional. Rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and I love the beds. The staff are wonderful and very sweet.

Best hotel in Udon Thani
My wife and I decided to stay here over New Years weekend. It was the same hotel we stayed out in June 2019 when we were married and I booked the same suite - the Saphire Suite. This is by far the nicest hotel in Udon Thani. The room is immaculately clean; the bed is incredibly comfortable; beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi tub which my wife loves; great shower with choice of shower heads; room is cleaned daily and is spotless. We both slept terrific in their wonderful bed and fabulous pillows. Breakfast in the morning is very good - a little crowded but that was to be expected for New Years weekend. A great experience and great hotel.
