Very good

The place is nice and clean but some part of it is already old the outside spa its nice mix bath with man and woman can rent a big towel to cover the body 100 yen or you can buy like a dress type that most comfortable for 560 yen there is an inclusive only for woman bath part the water is very nice for the skin they are not allowed if you had a tattoo i had a tattoo as long as you coveri it no problem the food is fine not that bad
The shuttle service from Karuizawa Station is very convenient, you just need to make a call day before for seat reservation. Though, me and the receptionist had a hard time understanding each other over the phone (since I don't know how to speak japanese) haha the reservation was made. I think you just need to say your name, "shuttle reservation", time and "tomorrow" hahahaha. The hotel is kinda old, but I do not mind since the views from you room and the outdoor onsen are breath taking. You can also request what view from your room you'll be wanting to have. This Hotel is also very near to Prince Hotel where the Ski Resort is. I wasn't able to eat at their restaurant since it is kinda expensive (for me haha) but there is a store where you can buy snacks like cup noodles, bread etc. Also, in your room there is a towel and robe that you could use for the onsen. The outdoor onsen is common and you can use this towel to cover your privates.

Straight forward review
There was no shower in the room and wifi was only in the lobby. The TV had no English channels. The rooms were outdated. If you have a tattoo your not allowed to use the onsen. Other than that it’s a place to crash for ski.The staff are friendly and helpful.
Staff not much speak ENG but try to service.
also with other thing about room docoment that no Eng.I just know that outdoor onsen are for both Male and female and you need to bring special towel to use out there and no user manual in ENG.
Food are not good in dinner and breakfast buffet
Too much carb, not a good quality of meat.
We can enjoy ONSEN with male and female at ROTENBURO. It’s very nice, beautiful and comfortable.
This time, we could enjoy it with snow.
In addition, a ski area is very close to this hotel. Very good location.
