Shocking experience
The stay here at this hotel was not that great, I had booked a king bed balcony with garden view which was not what was given to me, when I looked out the window all I saw was a few burnt trees and empty field. I had complained about it and was told if I want a better room I would need to upgrade and had to pay an extra £100 which was very poor from the staff, the hotel shows very lavish pictures and does not meet the expectations of a 5* hotel it’s more like a 2* hotel I would not stay in this hotel again and the breakfast is awful and the area of dining smells like a gutter and so many ants on the table

Excellent property and great, friendly staff. The property is perched up on the hill with views over the sea from a distance. The staff was super friendly, and even gave our children a gift when we left (hotel branded soft toy). We booked a loft room with outdoor jacuzzi - thinking that as 'loft' it would have unobstructed views to the sea, but unfortunately its on the ground floor with another block infront of us - wish we knew this!

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, attentive to details. The entire hotel is spacious and is a true resort with many activities for free. Large modern and well maintained resort with two big swimming pools, two restaurants, and lobby bar with great oceans views. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of continental and other cuisine options and also catered to many dietary retirements. All staff were very friendly and helpful with actuvuty suggestions and assistance. My room was clean and spacious room and had a large bathroom with a bath. The 24-hour fitness centre was well maintained and had a decent range of equipment, including dumbbells up to 30kg, benches, adjustable cables, and plenty of cardio equipment. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
