Not worth the cost

The room was ok, it needs some updating and repairs, e.g. the sockets don't hold the plugs tightly and they can fall out. The bathroom is in poor condition. There is no exhaust fan, it's the size of a closet, and badly in need of repairs and updates. For instance, the hook on the back of the door is missing, but the mount was left behind. Overall, its very dated and in poor condition; see pictures.
