The parking for hotel is not user friendly. On two occasions trying to leave people could not get out because they had no hotel key. Made us late to an event.

They said we where smoking in our room. Neather my wife our i smoke. When i went and asked about it they said they would investigate it and let me know what the out come would be by the end of tbe day that was three days ago. They charged me 300 $. Will never stay at a Marriott hotel again.

A great retreat location in the.downtown area. Indy, like many major cities, is still recovering from the pandemic and recent housing crisis. The mall that was once thriving is struggling to stay open, it seems. And there’s a visible homelessness crisis. But we felt safe walking about and the streets were clean. This property, however, is a total escape. Loved it.

Wonderful stay, will return.
Very comfortable, the amenities were awesome, including the grab and go store with wonderfully healthy food!!! Thank you!!!! Usually hotel grab and go marts are all trash chips / candy / soda. This one had fresh sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, coconut water. The attached restaurants and bars were top notch. I very much enjoyed the Marriott lounge.

It is convenient but a long way from the stellar reviews. Our shower did not work on the first night, fixed next afternoon. The bartender at the wine bar on Saturday was NOT attentive (Camela??). We had to walk up to the bar to order and get our drinks. Asked for a bar food menu and never got one. For the money, it could have better service.

Our room was very clean and well appointed and it was very close to everything we wanted to do! We walked everywhere. HOWEVER, the bed was the worst bed we have EVER slept on! First of all, it was so close to floor. We could have overlooked that but it so was soft and lumpy and it sagged in the middle! We slept very little last night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Honestly, the night before we stayed in a hotel that was 1/2 the price of this hotel and the bed was super comfy!
