Nice place to come in for a shower and a good nights sleep. Water was hot in the shower, bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Nice place with breakfast for a good price
Looked for a place to stay between six flags and washington. Short stay with a good breakfast before a long day. Great waffle machine - used it a few times... Room was spacious enough for 4. Had a good night sleep.

I stand in line 20 minutes to wait to check in because it was only one Clerk and several people were checking in at the same time . The shower in the bathroom was leaking in the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. There was no curtain over the window only a shade I have never seen that before. But the bed was very comfortable

Perfect location, not so perfect room.
I was traveling with my 15 yo grandson. The King bed with sofa bed was the only room available. We chose this hotel because of the location to where we were going. Approximately one quarter of the vinyl on each sofa bed cushions were peeled off. We opened the sofa bed to find over two-thirds of the bed was stained with unknown liquids that had dried. We had to request linens and blankets from the room service staff. We received sheets but no blanket. I had to go to the local store to purchase a zipped mattress cover, mattress pad and blanket to be comfortable using the sofa bed. I informed the desk attendant when we left that the sofa bed in that room needed to be replaced. We were in room 301

The room was small and smelled like Indian food and cleaning products. A\C heat didn't work properly. There was no blackout drapes for the window and a large parking lot light was just outside our window. The staff was uninterested. The outside of the property smelled like weed all the time. Just a terrible property.

The property was conveniently located near a shopping center and near the movie theaters however the property was under some construction. Looks like they’re remodeling some of the floors but other than that the property was nice.

Of all the hotels that I’ve ever stayed in, and believe me there have been many as my children are in club travel sports, this was the dirtiest most disgusting one I have stayed in in years. If I could share pictures I would because I took some to share on Google. And I have never left a negative report or review About a hotel before. The first room smelled like smoke we had to be moved. The second room was missing towel hooks hairdryer holes in the baseboard pubic hair in the bathtub cracks on the corners of the wall. The list is endless. It was disgusting. I would never return , or suggest this location ever.

The property itself was unconstruction the second room was much better than the first one. I was grateful for the associate for putting me in a room that wasn't half complete for lack of a better way of saying it. Also I didn't request a handicap access room? I was told that was what was in the reservation. That is not what I choose it was a non smoking queen bed period. I saw the other and deliberately didn't pick it. I never do.

First there was no signage at the hotel. It was situated near another hotel and I needed to drive to the other biilding to differentiate the two. The facility itself was sufficient for my needs. The staff was adequate but not friendly. My room was clean and I had no issue with it except the heat/AC unit was very loud and it sounded like I had a diesel truck running in my room. It kicked on and off all night and I did not get a very good night's rest.

Car window was broken in the parking lot, looks like they tried to steel our tires but got spooked and left but they did manage to get the cars tires next to us. Homeless Man came in off the street for the breakfast, stepped in front of me and emptied the hot food into a plastic bag and took all the bagels and left. Very unsafe place to stay.

The room was absolutely filthy as was the entire hotel. It is under renovation and should not charge as much as they did for the stay. I told the front desk about the dirty room and explained that I cleaned it because I didn’t have time to be switched to another dirty room…they offered me a bag of chips.

The staff made many errors with my payments and receipts. I was given other guest receipt from Singapore with my UK address on it. Their payment machine debited me twice. This really affected my budget during my stay. I could not do any shopping because i was made to overpay them for over $1,200.
