Outdated, expensive for what we got. Checked out a fay earlier do to feeling it was a not clean place. Room odor was not at all good. Very disappointing experience.

The location is in the very heart of Uruapan on the plaza. Check in was easy and the room was big and very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay again.

There is only dry cleaning service which is pretty expensive as a charge per item. There is only one breakfast option on the menu which admittedly is good. The staff working at the front desk or lobby are not very welcoming or friendly. But you get what you pay for. Decent room and it’s in a safe area.

bad service at reception the receptionist was not friendly and the most important thing did not find my itinerary there was no reservation in my name I had to pay in cash. Another very important thing the elevator out of service they gave me a 3rd floor first night and the next day a second floor the hotel is in very bad condition so that it is in service and public page was a terrible experience

This hotel used to have it's glory days decades ago. However the place is still super clean. Rooms are spacious and everything is operational. Located right in the center of town. The only thing is the parking lot is 2 blocks down the road and the hotel only pays for the night hours. You're still responsible for the rest of the hours which is not a big deal because it's only $1.25 / hour. Overall if you're looking for a comfortable, clean decent place to stay at an amazing low price. This is the place to stay. I'd be happy to go back.
