Very good

We stayed for a weekend and the hotel fitted the bill being in the middle of Uzerche. There is parking on site although it’s a steep walk back up to the hotel. Our room was small with nowhere comfortable to sit, but it had good free wifi. Breakfast was €11.
The buiilding itself has its charm. And it's well located. However the service was very mediocre. When we arrived apparentlly there was a flood in the rooms so we had to take a very small and dark room on the second floor also with a leak in the bathroom and a minute wardrobe. The next day we were changed to the room for which we had paid. No reduction whtasover in anything. Not even complimemtary coffee. The patron is not very accomodating or friendly to say the least. .very disappointing stay in Uzerche. I wouldnt use this hotel again.
Good location. Free parking limited to overnight. Fan available to temper heat. No English TV channels. Continental breakfast. Superior room with river view pleasant. Steep stairs.
As others have said, this is an old fashioned hotel - needs some updating. Facilities were limited. We had a nice meal, but there was no bar open afterwards and the hotelier left and locked up at 930 pm. The town of Uzerche was extremely quiet - it was a Sunday evening, so we were unable to find anywhere to have a drink in the evening. Lovely area of the country and the town was very interesting when we wandered round it the following day.
Good food, comfortable room, free wi-fi and a lovely town. We stopped before visiting friends in the area and would be very happy to visit this welcoming family run hotel again. Don't expect a slick modern building, this is an old building with history.
Used for an overnight stop but would not recommend. Poor room and uncomfortable bed. Had dinner but were not made to feel welcome, although food was ok.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly.Restaurant had brilliant menu with beautifully cooked food. Can highly recommend the profiteroles !

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
A very pleasant stop over
A traditional French hotel, the staff were very agreeable, our room was comfortable and very pleasant. Our evening meal was adeqaute rather than exceptional
Hotel restaurant a conseiller
