We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely neighborhood. The place was warm and clean.

We had a really nice stay. The cottage was clean and beautiful. The area was very pretty and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the owners was very good. Thank you!
