Noisy hotel

Very noisy. Lots of kids running on the hallway. I think those kids stay in that hotel long term. Not able to sleep and rest before our flight back to Winnipeg.

Refugee Hotel

When we first arrived there was so many kids running around the hallway. We asked what was going on, staff informed us that this hotel holds refugee families. During breakfast these families would take all the breakfast.

Staff was friendly, bed and room was comfortable, good selection at breakfast. Pool was not open, outside of front door covered in cigarette butts. Kids running around without parental supervision. Some as young as four.

Clean and serene environment, the staff were very helpful. Location is not good for a tourist because of the distance from the important places to visit in Montreal. Very close to the airport.

The hotel was outdated, but clean. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. I appreciate always seeing someone at the front desk. Good location, walking distance from a Tim Hortons and Moxi’s. What was unpleasant is common areas where not managed. There were children running around wildly all over throughout 3 days. Parents didn’t mange it, but neither the staff.

I was really looking forward to going for a swim in your pool. It was a very hot days and basically that is why I booked with your hotel. We were denied, even though we were adults because there were children in the building. I think I sign stating NO MINORS ALLOWED would have done the trick. No effort was made to send us to another pool was made. It is advertised that you have a pool so to me that is false advertising. The room was fine but I think in future I will make sure I am getting everything that is advertised before I book anywhere.

When we booked about a month in advance, the hotel was advertised as having a pool. We specifically picked this hotel so the kids could go swimming, instead of a different hotel that said their pool was unavailable. Upon checking in, we were told the pool was not available. No compensation was offered at check-in or when paying at check-out. Of course, now their website says the pool isn't available, but it's too late for them to tell us that. The TV also kept losing connection - it would freeze for about 5 seconds every 5-10 minutes.
