Government Shelter not a Hotel for tourists. I was quite disappointed with my stay. The good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great and plenty of parking. The bad, halls were literally filled with bags full of garbage outside many rooms the entire time we stayed. The hall smelled terrible like hot garbage mixed with cooking smells. Babies were screaming non stop and people with poor hygiene were lingering in the halls. Rooms looked somewhat clean until you looked closer and the walls were filthy. Sink wouldn't drain and we had to remove a moldy hair filled drain stopper to have the water go down. We will not be staying here again. I'm not terribly fussy but this hotel is some kind of government shelter now and not a place for tourists.

The green space around the hotel needs some care - not very pleasing to look at. Shuttle van was very dirty

Rather grumpy desk clerk at check in. The entryway carpet is dirty. The area is a rather bleak mall with very little of use to a visitor. The TV is not internet enabled

Check in was fast. Bed was good. Hotel needs cleaning/renovation in the public areas including the elevator - those were obviously dirty, but the room was fine. Had a unit with a separate bedroom but only had one TV in the bedroom - strange. Breakfast is continental. Airport shuttle available.

I had a white lady who looks screwed up on insane banging on my door very hard saying that i was disturbing but main while i was fast asleep and she was cursing and wanted to force herself inside my room saying that she wann come in. I reported to the front desk lady she never believed until someone else from another room came to complain before she believed.

Do not book this hotel for the advertised pool, It wasn't functional Dec. 2024 and May 2025. A little disappointing if travelling with little ones. Everyone loves a pool!
