Good setting near the beach. Good Wifi and working facilities if on a business trip. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Pleasant and welcoming staff, especially the person who checked me in.

Loved staying at The Duke of Normandie! All staff friendly & efficient. Hotel very central. Slightly uphill from the main shopping street, the staff happy to tell you the short cuts! Amazing breakfast choice - on the full breakfast. And ate 2 delicious evening meals. Cosy single room was quiet & large enough - 3/4 bed, not a tiny single. Bathroom a bit small but suited me fine. Thank you to the bar man & reception team particularly Imelda, who looked after me (apologies if name not 100% correct!) Guernsey out of season. Had a lovely relaxing time visiting my son. The people friendly everywhere. Loved the Duke of Normandie ☺️

Very welcoming staff - room ready early! Fabulous breakfast every morning, spa facilities great. Lunch/Dinner great! Late flight and was able to use facilities/store cases.

A lovely hotel to stay in, within 5mins walk of St Peter's Port centre. The staff are very welcoming and efficient. We thoroughly recommend the Pandora.

Valentine stay over, lovely suite with hot tub / jacuzzi and a relaxing evening in The Terrace Bar with 3 course meal, drink; chat and a game of cards.

The whole stay was excellent. Property has recently been renovated to a high standard, and the service was fantastic.
