Nada do que imaginamos
Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, porém o hotel não é nada do que esperava. Ele faz parte de um complexo que inclui um terminal de cargas. Há muita movimentação de caminhões por toda parte. Não tem elevador, tivemos que contar com a equipe do hotel para subir a bagagem e na saída carregamos as malas por dois andares. O quarto que fiquei não tinha janelas, sem o ar ligado fica impossível de estar dentro.

Eu e minha família precisávamos de um hotel próximo ao aeroporto de São Luiz por uma noite apenas. Me surpreendi com a estrutura que faz parte de um complexo logístico com toda infra estrutura de alimentação e conveniência. Frequento vários estados do país e o preço praticado é muito justo. Recomendo com toda certeza.

O hotel é bem longe de tudo... saída de São Luís... não é ideal para turistas, até porque os hóspedes ddo hotel são os funcionários da Vale, em sua maioria... serve mais para quem está de passagem e sozinho. Possui pontos de alimentação no mesmo complexo do hotel bem precários... o retaurante do hotel não funciona à noite... tem um posto de combustível e muitas carretas estacionadas para carregarem na Vale, creio. Se estiver sem carro, esquece, para ir ao centro fica a um custo mais ou menos de 90 reais (ida de taxi)... correndo o risco de não conseguir retornar do centro para o hotel, a não ser se retornar de táxi novamente, porque geralmente uber e 99 não aceitam a corrida, devido à distância do hotel. Quaanto à limpeza, deixa a desejar. Quanto à recepção foi excelente, fizeram de tudo para nos receber bem.

Hotel nao tem elevador nem funcionários para auxiliar com as malas; nao há janelas no quarto; como o hotel fica em uma área portuária, por volta de 06h00 inicia bastante barulho dos hóspedes circulando e conversando nos corredores; o café da manhã é bem fraco, praticamente não tem frutas e pouca variedade de alimentos; e, o pior da nossa experiência, foi o seguinte: saí com a família pela manhã e retornamos 17h30, e ainda não havia ocorrido a limpeza no quarto.

Simples e confortavel
Foi uma hospedagem de poucas horas, apenas para dormir. O quarto é simples, porém confortável. O hotel fica perto de um posto para caminhoneiros mas mesmo assim não tive problemas com barulho nem me senti insegura para andar na rua a noite para jantar. A recepcionista foi muito simpática.

Hotel sem elevador, beira de rodovia, ao lado do posto com vários caminhões, além de empregados de empreiteiras e caminhoneiros hospedados e na porta. Fora o fato de não ser perto de nada e muito menos do aeroporto como um infeliz diz que era em outro comentário que eu li e por isso o escolhi.

O hotel é muito bom, o atendimento do pessoal é fantástico, o café da manhã é muito bom e o custo benefício vale a pena. Fica um pouco distante e retirado, porém vale a pena ficar aqui. Já reservei várias vezes e todas foram muito boas.

A experiência com o hotel foi muito boa, apesar de ser um pouco distante da capital, mas para o objetivo da viagem que foi a negócios e no porto, foi excelente.

Foi excelente. Funcionários atenciosos, solícitos e simpáticos. O quarto bem espaçoso, limpo, com Cama confortável e aconchegante. O café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções deliciosas. Gostei muito e pretendo voltar. O único ponto que pode não ser atrativo é a distância em relação ao centro e demais locais de passeios, o que no meu caso não teve problema, pois estava participando de um evento próximo ao hotel.
