Serviço de concierge e Atendimento: funcionários educados, solícitos e encantadores. Estrutura: Quarto amplo e aconchegante. Roupa de cama cheirosa. Ar condicionado bom, embora barulhento. Banheiro limpo e cheiroso. Serviço de quarto ótimo. Lazer: Piscina Maravilhosa, só achamos a infantil um pouco suja. Espaço kids atendeu às necessidades da nossa filha de 3. A fazendinha estava um pouco abandonada. A história da fazenda e da região do vale do café por meio da visita guiada foi ótima, assim como o passeio ao cafezal. Café da manhã: Maravilhoso! Com opções de bolos, sucos naturais, pães, bolinhos de chuva, entre outras delícias. O verdadeiro café da fazenda. Restaurante: passamos o réveillon e o cardápio estava saborosíssimo, com opção de carnes, saladas e doces.

Está muito perto do centro da cidade. O atendimento é excelente. A fazenda é muito bonita vale a pena e eles fazem uma apresentação da plantação de um café delicioso e tem uma historiadora que apresenta a fazenda de uma maneira leve mas muito bem colocada. Estava com 2 pessoas com bastante idade e voltaram muito felizes.

O hotel é bastante acolhedor, com um staff muito simpático e prestativo, além de ter boas instalações, conquanto não luxuosas. As atividades de recreação para crianças são um ponto alto, assim como alguns eventos organizados para entreter os hóspedes. A comida é muito boa, mas peca por ser em serviço de bufê e com horários bem específicos, carecendo o hotel de um melhor serviço de bar na piscina e de um horário mais flexível para as refeições. O hotel anuncia ser pet friendly, porém tem uma política bastante rígida quanto aos animais, que devem ser mantidos na guia e não podem frequentar a área do restaurante, piscina, etc., mas, ao mesmo tempo, não podem ficar sozinhos no quarto, significando que um casal, por exemplo, não pode estar no restaurante em simultâneo, pois um deve ficar com o animal. Em geral avalio de forma positiva o hotel. As crianças adoraram a estadia. Tivemos uma boa hospedagem e nos sentimos em casa. Acho que esse é um ponto bem favorável e que certamente nos faria retornar, apesar dos aspectos negativos aqui relatados.
