The apartment is newly decorated in the Mediterranean style, is very comfortable and fully equipped. You can have your coffee for breakfast. Nespresso overlooking the sea, watching the seagulls pass, which is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant and relaxing things you can enjoy during your stay. It is very well connected, with bus stop (2 min) that leaves you in the center of the city, tram stop, taxi rank (at a nearby five star hotel) and bike rental.

The Cabañal is the old fishing district of the city, where you can breathe a mixture of alternative-cultural environment, small fishing village and flavors of all life. The apartment is in a lively area day and night in summer, especially on weekends with restaurants, bars, terraces, nightclubs ... (that if you are very susceptible to noise could make night rest difficult).

The roof of the building, for common use, has fantastic views, where you can go up to sunbathe, read, or breathe sea breeze.
The use of the roof will only be possible during the day, not at night, and always respecting the tranquility and rest of the neighbors. The building has no elevator, and the apartment is located on the third floor.

Bus: lines number 19, 32 and 2 to the Center.
From the Airport, METRO, transferring, with lines 4 or 6. Stop "La Marina" or "Eugenia Viñes".
If you come with your car it is easy to park. Several bicycle rental shops nearby.
