Access to the residence and the garden is totally secure and private.
You enter the apartment directly in the living room dining room of 28 m2, with a big cupboard, a sofa bed 2 places as well as 2 armchairs all leather, a dining room in cherry, a flat screen TV, a hifi MP3 player.
All rooms overlook the 15 m2 terrace where you can admire the flower garden all year round and maintained every week by a landscaping team.
On the right you will see the sea.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines ! Appartement très agréable et conforme à la description avec une superbe terrasse ! Equipements impeccables. Tout pour se sentir comme chez soi. Très bien situé avec bus devant la résidence pour aller à Antibes, Cannes, Vallauris, Juan-Les-Pins… et proches des commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Catherine qui était présente si besoin et avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire Mr Michel Colle. Nous y retournerons !! Appartement conforme, à notre attente, idéal pour faire des balades entre Canne et Nice. Les rues devant l'immeuble sont un peu bruyantes, passage obligé entre Antibes et Canne.
