I've traveled through Europe extensively and it's tricky to find an affordable accommodation that lives up to American standards, this one did.
The self check in caught me a little off guard, and I always either had an issue with the key or keypad, and the layout of the place was a little confusing, but the accommodation itself was lovely. True boutique hotel, and the little display of local photographs and artifacts they had made it seem more like a historic estate than a hotel. Room was beautiful and bathroom facilities were excellent. The property is located on a staircase so there is no traffic noise and it's within walking distance from the bus station and main attractions.
Check-in time was at 3:00, but they let us in early, which we were grateful for, as we didn't wanna carry our stuff through town.
It would have been nice though if staff was more available and there was a little bit of confusion during check out. Aside from that, I have nothing bad to say about this place. Great place to relax.
I will suggest, if you are arriving by taxi, to ask the driver to drop you off on Melita St, as this is the closest access point to the property.
