This is the only choice for a hotel in this area, and it touts itself as a spa with indoor swimming pool. The pool is small and hot (more like a hot tub than a swimming pool) and impossible to swim in; too many people are allowed in at once and it seems unsanitary given the dark interior conditions. The room itself was fine, and there was plenty of parking and free wifi, but the carpet in the corridors is stained and door jambs are peeling: it needs a makeover.

Excellent hotel, but very isolated
It is a very nice hotel, but it is very isolated and out of the way. You must have a car because there is no public transportation close to the place. Very good service.

Desde mi punto de vista este hotel/balneario de 4 estrellas en general está bien, pero el restaurante tiene muy poca variedad de platos a elegir en carta cuando hay menú. Las instalaciones del circuito termal necesitan un repaso técnico en general.( Aí lo dejo porque cada una de las estancias del circuito necesitan un repaso, hablo de un hotel de 4estrellas). Las instalaciones, tanto interior como exterior son fantásticas, tiene muy buenas vistas, la habitación q nos ha tocado era fantástica y muy tranquilo para desconectar. El personal fantástico.

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal pero la cama no estaba muy limpia (alguna manchita y algún pelito largo) y la comida (cena y desayuno) era bastante mediocre. Para un hotel de 2* hubiera estado bien pero para un hotel de 4* era un poco decepcionante.

Buffet de desayuno corto, no parece el de un hotel de 4*. Los anunciados regalos diarios de cortesía ni están, ni saben nada de ello en recepción. El sitio muy tranquilo para descansar.

Si buscas tranquilidad entre montañas,aquí estarás bien. De él detalle diario que se indica en el texto de la reserva nunca se supo. No sé qué necesidad tienen de poner eso si no lo cumplen. Se preguntó en recepción y nadie sabía nada.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no está accionado, tuvimos que llamar para pedir que lo hicieran. La luz de la entrada de la habitación no funcionaba ni tampoco el teléfono. La habitación no está insonorizada y si da a un lado concurrido te puedes despertar a las 7h en plenas vacaciones, también se oye mucho el ruido del baño de la habitación de al lado. Hay una piscina interior que no dispone de duchas con lo que la gente se mete sin ducharse. El spa tiene habitáculos con duchas de chorros que no van y el dispensador de agua no funciona. En resumen: personal muy bueno y dirección muy mala porque son todos aspectos que deberían estar resueltos en un balneario que se precie.

Malgré tout bon rapport qualité prix
Très bel établissement, propre, personnel sympathique, cette année piscine incluse dans le tarif, repas du soir très simpliste, déjeuner super complet, par contre insonorisation très légère, bruits venant du restaurant car chambre 108 au dessus, a cela s'ajoute le manque de savoir vivre des clients qui se douchent a 2 heures du matin et l'eau des WC qui créés des bruits de tuyaux
