Touted for being close to the port, but a lot of construction going on made it difficult to walk to the port. Ended up taking an uber to the port. Staff not very friendly,

Pretty Good for the Price
A comfortable commuter hotel. Looks and feels like it used to be a studio apartment building and was converted into a hotel. The rooms are compact by US standards, but they’re comfortable enough for a few nights and breakfast is included.

For the price that you pay, this is a good property to stay at in the heart of Vancouver. It is near shopping and the transportation that you need to get around and even though I made a slightly negative comment in my checking in comments with Expedia the hotel, give me a call to try and correct it immediately. I really appreciate that Service For free breakfast it’s just so it was sufficient to get the day started. When I need to return to Vancouver, I will stay here again

My experience was very bad When we checked everything and then we realize there was no dental care kit in room and i called your staff and he informed me that you need to come downstairs and pick it up from reception than i called for coffee than again he replied me same way he informed me that we don’t have any staff so that’s not our fault and we payed almost 300$ for one night and than also you are not able to give us the facilities than it’s waste of money for me and my family. Also i came with my 18 months old child than also they are not able to give us the facility than I can’t expect you guys are giving any other facilities. Such a very very bad experience.

Great spot to stay if you don’t plan on hanging around too much, only because the rooms are small ( at least what we had with only one bed) but still had all the amenities needed. It did take a solid 3-5 min to get hot water to the shower or sink though. Location is great for walking around Vancouver! It seems very plain and simple from the outside but rooms were nice and clean :)

Very small room. No microwave. Tv good Bathroom ok Bed ok Pillows ok Breakfast so so.. Distance to cruise terminal. Very close. Restaurant on site good. Limited menu and i thought expensive but you do get 20% off for staying at the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.
