Unsafe Hotel
We had a terrible experience at this hotel, we parked our car in the hotels recommended on site parking that we also had to pay for and had our car vandalized and the hotel steps up and says sorry this is Vancouver and stepped away. Our room had dirty towels, no toilet paper or tissues. Overall would not recommend this hotel to any person.

1st - staff was great! Especially the conceirge 2nd - about and two hours after checkin someone knocked on my door and when I asked who was it, no answer. When I yelled through the door who was it..the person said they were checking the wetbar. 2nd - I ordered room service, lovely waiter said push this button and I'll come pick it up. I did, no one came to pick it up, until the next eveningat 9:15 pm WHO DOES THAT? Anyway, again the person knocked and didn't identify themselves that they were hotel staff. I didn't feel safe at Fairmont Vancouver. 3rd- the hotel was LOUD. 4th the bathroom wasn't cleaned and you can see pink mold on the edges of the tub.
