Staff was all so friendly and helpful. Room felt clean. But There were dogs everywhere which made our allergies act up. With the wet weather outside and all the large dogs, the hotel also smelled a little bit like wet dog.

Perfectly located. Close to different lines of public transit. Our room had a breathtaking view of Stanley Park, mountains, sea planes taking off. The window is big and seemed to frame the georgeous scenery. Arc restaurant is great for breakfast, drinks and dinner. Great people work there.
