i recently stayed here as i was attending a show at the roger’s arena and it did not disappoint! the hotel is in a great part of town especially if you have an event at the roger’s arena or bc place , it’s a quick walk to each which made it super convenient! the hotel staff were amazing, super friendly and even let us check in over 2 hours early! the rooms are super clean and spacious. i will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to family and friends!

We started here to see Taylor swift and it was perfect! Literally across the street so we could even see/hear her the night before! All of the staff were nice & helpful and checking in early was a big plus. Area was very convenient & walkable.

Worth The Stay
The staff made the visit! This is a beautiful hotel, well maintained and updated. My only complaint (and it’s a small complaint) is when we opened out curtains to take pictures of the concert venue, our windows were pretty dirty with streaks running down them. I’m just surprised considering how everything else was so clean.

Really clean room, convenient if going to BC Place across the street. The sauna and spa were well maintained. I was able to check-in early which was great, the staff are really nice. Close to lots of food and shopping, would definitely come nsider staying here again

Weird not to have a vending machine in the hotel. frontdesk guy told me to walk to 711 down the block and it was late at night. i am a woman and i was alone, i just wanted a soda not to walk 3 blocks. your tv's should have access to netflix or youtube, many hotels offer this now and with the rates you charge there should be far more amenities and creature comforts like that. i called for late check out at 8pm, they said to call back the next morning... why? lol just put it in the computer that i want late check out, it's an extra hour not the whole day. i come to vancouver often and stay in the area, first time here, won't bother coming back.
