The property itself was fine, although our bed was far too soft (old?). We often stay at Hyatt so had been hoping for strong service. Unfortunately that did not happen. I did not spot a pair of black shoes on the dark carpet when we packed up. First for everything. Once discovered, I called the Hyatt and spent time with their lost/found staff - who had the shoes! Excellent. Our transport was making a stop at the hotel before the airport, so the Hyatt staff told me to stop by the main desk to retrieve my lost (and now found) shoes! I thought the story of shoes was going to have a happy ending. Armed with a lost retrieval receipt number, I stopped by and was greeted with bewildered staff who could find nothing. He behaved as if he never HEARD of lost item retrieval. What a waste of my vacation time. Disappointed in Hyatt. If you want better service, my advice would be to stay somewhere else.

I like the Starbucks store inside the hotel. Everything was good. Nearby shopping mall. Few blocks away From Japanese and Korean Supermarkets and stores. Walking distance to Canada place. Few steps to Tìm Hortons and, McDonald’s. Near tram station. The hotel is connected to the Mall which has a big Chinese Restaurant.
