Centrally located downtown so convenient and walkable to central areas. 5 minute walk to Canada Line to airport. Room large, bed comfortable. Only drawback was that room (certainly on 21st floor) was poorly soundproofed. Could hear people moving about nextdoor and upstairs, as well as outside traffic, so not particularly peaceful. Stayed 3 nights pre tour, room was excellent and bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very clean and we loved balcony with view of the harbour. Easy walk to Canada Place for Tours & Cruises. have stayed at the Hyatt in Vancouver 4–5 times and generally had very good experiences. During my most recent stay, however, I was initially placed in a room with connecting doors. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were very noisy, and I was woken up twice — once around 12:30 am and again after 10 pm by another group of guests. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded promptly, reminded the noisy guests to quiet down and switched me to a different room for the last night, which was quiet and comfortable.

Sheets need to be cleaned better, had a refund on the food we ordered pool side it had a long black hair in it. Manager handled it very well. Will continue to book rooms maybe just get food else where

Nice hotel

Was a nice hotel with great service. Unfortunately, because of flight delays didn't get to hotel until 1:30am and had to leave early next morning. Don't remember the person that helped us, but he got us a menu, ordered some food and brought it to us when it arrived.
