The room was spotless and the young lady that checked us in was wonderful. It was my birthday and they hotel had a dessert waiting for me after our spa treatment. Just wish they would keep the hot tub open until 11pm. 10-11pm for adults only would be great.

We appreciated how quiet the room was, the super comfy bed and the location to so many great restaurants, event venues and waterfront in Vancouver. We received a complimentary upgrade to a high floor room and the check in and check out were seamless!
