Great location and service
The Hyatt regency was great! Perfect location for walking around and enjoying the sights. Service was great always helpful and friendly! Can't say enough about the comfort of the bed slept very well! Thank you Elaine for the room provided we had a fantastic view! Definitely would stay there again.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, the Hyatt is an attractive and service oriented property. In our case, it was only a few blocks from the cruise terminal, making it easy to join our ship on time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

The rooms seemed overpriced compared to other Hyatt's that I have stayed at. The property could use some updating. The balcony had a moldy water leak on the roof. Additionally, they charge for bottled water.
