What else could go bad. The entire time was an absolute joke. Parking fees Wait for staff at counter Wait fir staff at restaurant 10 min to just sit down 15 minutes to get order taken... Then tell you there are 13 orders ahead of you. Rooms are trashed Carpet is dirty... This could be a great place to stay... its atrocious... Stay somewhere

This hotel has the best location. The beautiful indoor market , many stores and restaurants in the area make this hotel very attractive. Desk service was friendly . But this time I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of my room . The bathroom sink wasn’t very tidy and it was clogged. In previous visits to this hotel , I had no problem with this issue . It might have been a one time incident. I will give it another try in the future .

Only stayed because of the deal
We booked very last minute and got a great deal on a balcony room. Honestly this is probably the only reason we stayed here. Parking is very pricey. And the 3am party in the hallway was a bit ridiculous. Hotel is nice and a cool view of the harbour.

Hotel was conveniently located in the Lonsdale Quay Market. Room was a bit dated but it was clean. The windows looked onto the walking path which wasn’t ideal but was ok considering how close it was to restaurants and shops.

Great location - Right at SeaBus
This is a good hotel in Vancouver in what I think I would call the ideal location. It is right on the water where the Sea Bus is. For about 11CAD you can get a day pass for the entire Vancouver transit system including this short 15 minute ferry ride to the transit hub of the city including the line going directly into YVR airport, Like ALL hotels in Vancouver it is overpriced, but not more so than all the alternatives.
