I had room 102, whic is poorly located, on the main floor, next to the entrance of the hotel. The bedroom had it own entrance, whith a door not super well insulated, which it felt like people where walking right at the door. Quite noisy. And the room could use and update, but it was clean . Probably won't stay in name brand of hotel again.

Property was clean, staff was nice. Second floor should have an ice machine and there should be a different entrance to the pool rather than walking through the lobby in bathing suits. Bathrooms are dated.

EXTREMELY expensive for the value. $200 MINIMUM for one night stay. Rooms smelled like feet and bleach. Toilet paper appeared used. Breakfast is a bit of a joke… oh and there is no elevator so you HAVE to go up stairs with all of your baggage.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with your hotel… When I checked in I was told I need to put a $100 dollar deposit to stay overnight for incidentals, Knowing I only had 98.00 on one credit card and $50 on a couple others I asked why I have to pay $100 when water is the only thing available to purchase? She replied it’s not actually for incidentals it’s because I went through a third party to book and they need money on file just in case I damage the room. She said you can pay cash…so I had to go to a bank and transfer $100 and get cash. Not that big of a inconvenience but when I returned she began to tell me how it’s normal for hotels to charge that much per night as a deposit and after my inspection of my room in the morning I can get my $100 dollars back if I didn’t damage something. She then began to make me feel like a second class citizen because she paid $250 for one night in Austin her last trip and I should be more prepared next time. I paid $185 for that old hotel room and I was VERY OFFENDED by your employee so I walked out! I paid for the room and slept in my car! Your employee told me yelled at me and made me feel like a pice of dirt. I travel almost every other week and I have never paid $100 in cash for a deposit and then told I would have to have my room inspected before I get my $100 dollars back in the morning. Your policy is offensive and discriminatory! Inspect your policies not your customers! I paid and slept in my car! Shame on you!

I arrived. I had a wagon full of stuff. There was no elevator to get your stuff to the second floor. I didn't bring a hair dryer because they have a hair dryer on their amenities. I go to use the hair dryer, it's a fire hazard as the night light piece burnt out. No cover, just open fuse. It wouldnt stay running as the breaker kept in the outlet kept flipping. I called down to the desk and asked for one. The night receptionist Briley or Britley or something like that. Rude as all get out. I didn't mean to interrupt your sleep. I needed a hair dryer, I had to get to work. She said I had to wait until the maids clocked in. Oh no I don't I have somewhere I have to be so I guess you need to find me one. She left she didn't even pass the message on to the next shift. I called down again, they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. They weren't even looking for one because they didn't even know. I needed to get to work. She told me I'd have to wait until the maids came in and I said no I don't. I don't care if you have to go to another room and get me one. She wanted to argue. Finally they got me one but after they got it they just set it by the door. Don't you think it would be nice if they let me know it was there. Today when I was checking out there was a guy there stalking the machines he acted like I was in his way and he was very irritated. I'm sorry I didn't mean to get in your way. Young guy that works evenings super nice kid the rest I don't know about
