Horrible place to stay right adjacent to a nightclub that is very loud people staying in the hotel were very noisy. Rooms are not super comfortable.

The room is decent, you can tell the furniture is dated. Room at 2 TVs. I stayed in the King suite with kitchenette. It was decent for the price I paid. Very great location if you are wanting to walk to everything and to go for nightlife. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom door would not close without a hard push. My view was of the other room, I can see inside their rooms if their curtains were open so I closed my curtains. You can hear the music from the club next door, it will last until 3am. I didn't get to try the free breakfast. They have a secure garage for parking $$. I would stay again, I wasn't in the room much except for in the morning getting ready to check out.

So the only thing is that parking was really limited and was $35 CAD, but if you don't need to park a car, the bus leaves outside the hotel every ten minutes, and everything is walkable. Great Mexican restraurant across the hotel and they give a discount if you show your keycard.I can't wait to stay there again. The staff is awesome-give them all the raise.

Facility was decent: generally clean but the shower curtain was stained and so was the mattress. I only knew because the sheets barely fit. Slept well until late night. I had no clue it was next to a nightclub! Loud music from 10-3am…the fifth floor stay was better but the music was still noticeable and hard to sleep through. Likely wouldn’t book again because of this. Walkable! Great things in walking distance. No car needed for the general area. You have clubs, late dining options, shopping, and more!

This is an older building, and the room, although very clean, has aging bathroom with unsmooth tricky shower doors and some minor details of challenges. Free coffee beverages in the lobby is a nice touch, and we also get a free upgrade to a suite when checked in. Extremely walkable to Yaletown and downtown. Excellent transit very frequent buses right outside and just short nice walk to Canada line station, or take any bus down Grandville to get to the Expo line stations. We definitely would want to stay here again in the future for downtown Vancouver access.
