The stay at the River Rock was very comfortable. The check in process was smooth and the person doing the check in was very professional. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. There were also good food choices. Transportation to and from the River Rock was convenient. There is a train station at the property that can take you to the airport or downtown and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much... some suggestions, have robes available for children-- not just the adults. Better hotel provided toiletries... and more of it. one bottle provided lasts for one shower for one individual. Also, I'd rather not smell like a bowl of lemongrass pho. Entry stamp system for repeated visits to the casino. More signage to the Prive bar... did not notice its location until I was headed back up after my last evening at the resort. Very disappointed about that.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable although ready to be updated. The lack of electrical outlets was frustrating when needing to charge our devices. The parking lot access, stairwells and elevators, at this facility smells and is dirty.
