Renovated rooms were clean and nice. Beautiful views from the higher floors. Good location. Elevators were small and in need of renovation. Lobby decor was average. Overall public cleanliness could be improved. The room rate for this stay was not a good value.

I love the sandman on Davie! It’s a great walkable area. We were in an upgraded suite which had a lovely kitchen and living room, and it was a nice temperature.

The hotel was not bad, it had a great pool and it was a very convenient location that was close to everything. However, when we first arrived to the room, I found someone’s sock tucked behind the curtains which makes me feel like the room was not thoroughly cleaned, the temperature knob in our shower came right off, the toilet lever stopped working randomly, the bathtub didn’t drain properly, and when going to the pool area - there were never any clean towels and just piles of dirty ones. I do really like how convenient the location was and it was a great place for my family and I to take breaks throughout the day, it just felt like some things could’ve been cleaned and/or dealt with better.

Davies street is a really fun street with lots of delicious restaurants and a very inclusive vibe. The hotel room felt like a little studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend

Room was great, exactly like the pictures only bad thing is the AC unit is in the bedroom and if you close the bedroom door the rest of the unit gets very hot. No privacy because we didn’t want my niece to uncomfortable with no AC. Otherwise place is in a great location.
