Ocean view suite is absolutely stunning! Clean room, elevators always ready at the lobby. Tons of dinning options in walking distance. Sea wall & water ferries also in walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Cleanliness was 10/10 vivienne did a great job the room was immaculate . Parking was stressful , we had a truck and it was so tight and very limited. When we checked in the front desk agent was not very personable and looked like we were inconveniencing him. All the other desk agents were very lovely. Tv in room did not work but the one in the living area did. Great shower pressure and room amenities.

Nice stay

Nice to have a full kitchen, including dishwasher and washer/dryer for our 4-day stay. The furnishings are basic but very usable. Had a wonderful balcony with views of English Bay, mountains & Stanley Park…amazing!!

Mostly renovated. Our room was great. The pool was nice too. However, while the area is walkable to beach, ferry, restaurants etc. it is not a good area. It’s dirty on the street, many homeless sleeping on walkways, and we had some approach us. I didn’t feel comfortable in the neighborhood.

I enjoyed the upgrade i was granted. Beautiful view of English Bay. Very close to restaurants and shops. Downtown 10 minutes awsy.
