Rogers business tv is adequate but many channels like Global BC and CNN not working at all along with a dozen others. i mentioned this last winter and still hasn't been resolved. Construction continues but was out during the time and was very well managed.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. The location of the hotel was excellent. Very walkable to Granville. The front desk staff member who checked us in was professional and polite. Our room was upgraded and I certainly appreciated the ocean view! Unfortunately, housekeeping services were subpar. The garbage and recycling bins were not changed (I called front desk and this was rectified right away). There was a candy wrapper left behind the window curtains and a bobby pin on the floor in the bedroom. The room looked clean otherwise but I do wonder what else wasn’t done by the housekeeping staff. I would look at other accommodations the next time I visit Vancouver personally.
