room was a strange layout with a sliding door to bathroom for no privacy from other people staying in room . the light switch for bathroom was on the outside wall so light disturbed person in bed if someone needed the washroom in the night . no door on the shower

What a lovely area to stay in. We had a beautiful harbour view, and being right next to the skating rink made the experience feel magical. Visiting in December was perfect — the Christmas market right outside the door was to die for. Joey’s Restaurant is just below the hotel, and there’s so much to access only a fingertip away. The hotel itself is incredible. The in-house spa services were such a bonus, and truly, this has become one of my favourite hotels to date. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and convenience in the heart of North Vancouver.

Bathroom tap did not work at all, I ask reception if they were aware of the problem and they said "yes, you have to keep trying and pushing it in to get it to work and I tried for 5 mins and still no running water." I was only there 1 night so I used the shower tap.

Amazing place to stay. Walkable and accessible. The Christmas Market is just literally downstairs and the Quay Market is just a few steps away. Staff are also friendly and accomodating. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. ***Please note: Parking is just hard to find and expensive especially if you’re going on a weekend this time of the year. We paid $40 for 24 hours!

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room attendants so cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the area and all it has to offer. Only one problem is the parking. If you stay at a hotel you need a place to park your car. It's expensive but comparable to downtown but its always full so then you get stuck paying valet parking. Which is convenient but more expensive. Overall we had a wonderful stay though.
