Amazing place to stay. Walkable and accessible. The Christmas Market is just literally downstairs and the Quay Market is just a few steps away. Staff are also friendly and accomodating. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. ***Please note: Parking is just hard to find and expensive especially if you’re going on a weekend this time of the year. We paid $40 for 24 hours!

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room attendants so cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the area and all it has to offer. Only one problem is the parking. If you stay at a hotel you need a place to park your car. It's expensive but comparable to downtown but its always full so then you get stuck paying valet parking. Which is convenient but more expensive. Overall we had a wonderful stay though.

Amazing view!! Bed could have been a bit more softer but other than that everything was phenomenal. The room service, the food/drinks. The staff were very friendly and professional. The bathtub over looking the harbour was a special touch and with it being our anniversary everyone we came across went above and beyond! Thank you seaside hotel. We will be back.

Hotel was in an ideal location. Walking distance to local eateries. Beautiful view of downtown Vancouver. It is also next to the ferry which takes a few minutes to get downtown. Didn't stay downtown because parking was going to be an issue, but not at this hotel. Parking was under and easy access to room floors. Rooms are very updated with a mini fridge, illy coffee and coffee maker, robes and slippers. Hotel views are of the sides of the building, but ocean views are a short walk and are amazing. Staff was very helpful with advice on tourist areas, holding luggage and delivering to the room when ready, quickly got refills of coffees or towels. Instead of a hanging door tag, you just turn on lights next to your door if you want the room cleaned or if you don't want to be disturbed. Area around was safe and walkable with a childrens play area and multiple restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant was delicious! Check out was easily done on your phone.
