The building is old. The front staff is not kind. We ask for a twin room because we are mom and son and she didn’t help us, she just gave us a single bed. They ask deposit I hope to get it after checkout. Its not worth for the cost, at least should have breakfast and it hasn’t

I've stayed here a couple times and the staff are always excellent. Rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are new. It's central for getting into the city by transit. Walking distance from park royal mall. There is lots of car parking close to your room. There is some traffic noise from the intersection near by but it was pretty quiet after 10.

It was a great place to stay for the night in Vancouver. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a pizza place right across the street that had excellent pizza. It was easy to get in and out of. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great location, but a few cons

Pros - The location was great for the hikes we planned. Cons - - when we got in the room there was about 10 flies we had to kill - the hot water in the shower would change to scolding hot for no reason - the heat in the room would not stay at the same temperature we set it at. It had varying temperature between the small settings and would get really hot even at the lowest temperature
