This place is yes, expensive. What you get is something like you would expect at a world class hotel. By the way there is one more thing. I have no idea who makes their mattresses, but they are simply the most comfortable beds you can find ... outside Europe. Centrally located for walking to everywhere. The only downer is they have demand pricing so weekends are more expensive. So be it.

Loved the Christmas decor! We had a lovely renovated room. Bed was comfy and they had L’Occitane products in the bathroom. The shower pressure wasn’t great but that’s fine. Highly recommend! Close to shopping and amenities.

We arrived early, and they treated us like family. They allowed us to check in around 9:30 in the morning, and we settled into our room shortly after. The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and luxurious, located in the heart of the city within walking distance of everything.

It’s a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms located in the heart of the city. The concierge was able to arrange a beautiful set of flowers for me but it cost more than they said it would. Guest services was quite slow and room service was adequate but not excellent. Gym and pool area really needs an update.
